Dr. Marcia Flagler is a Doctor of Psychology in Addictions
Studies having provided substance abuse and mental health services for over 18
years. She is Co Founder, and CEO of DIAMARCI Inc. a non- profit incorporation.
The mission of DIAMARCI Inc.
is to promote empowerment of individuals for overcoming adverse situations
which interfere with productive life styles. Accomplished programs include
counseling, addiction and mental health evaluations, education and training,
consultant for program development, community outreach, and transitional/sober
housing.
Through partnership with DIAMARCI Inc. and Tranquility Place
Orlando Transitional Service Center, Dr.
Flagler initially provided consultant services as Manager of Program
Development. She is currently the Program Director of Resident Services. The
population served includes, but is not limited to homeless men and women
veterans, disabled, addicted, co occurring, domestic violence survivors, HOPWA,
ex offenders, and GLBT populations.
Dr. Flagler has established collaborations with various
agencies and organizations during her years of experience with programs for
substance exposed babies, adult out patient and residential services, women
with babies residential services, community prevention, homeless populations,
HIV services, and services for offenders and ex-offenders. She has also
provided contractual in-home, school, and community based counseling in Orange,
Osceola, and Seminole counties. Dr. Flagler is continuously active in various
capacities throughout Central Florida.

accomplishments began during Jr. High School at John Gorrie, Jr High
Jacksonville, Fl- Basketball, Softball, and Track and numerous Sport Day/ Intramural

years, Hall Of Fame (along with younger brother Terrence Flagler a retired San
Franscisco 49er and two time super bowl winner)

wonderful Myrtise Bryant, coached many terrific players in Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale
AAU(including Coach P's Girls Got Game Basketball academy and Dee Brown's The
Edge) , IBA, and YBOA competition, played with Team USA and Orlando Panthers Women’s
Pro Am Basketball Teams, played with Orlando Starz Women’s Professional
Football, and an active staff of 18 years with Arthur Jackson Midnight
Basketball Program.
