Moma Mae's Transitional Sober House

The name "Moma Mae's" is in honor of Mae Dean Flagler my mother who passed December 11, 2010 following  one year of surviving Leioomysarcoma cancer.   She was christian who loved serving God and signing gospel. She sang beautifully, and could set a church on fire! In addition to teaching for over 30 years, Moma worked with youth in the churches over years.

Moma was a dedicated wife, loving mother, and wonderful teacher who made the difference in the lives of her students. She had a warm, nurturing spirit and our  home was open to her students to visit. Some youth from our church would visit, spend the night, go on trips to the mall, and other outings. Moma would go out of her way to help others and without any hesitation.

My tribute to my mother is the naming of the Transitional Home in her honor. Moma was so proud of my vision and DIAMARCI Inc., now DIAMARCI Services Inc. Making a difference in the lives of others is what we do when helping the homeless population. Helping others is what Moma did. In schools, churches, communities, everywhere she went.
